Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a starting-point refund and cancellation policy template for Ayushman Bhava Charitable Trust. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be finalized before the trust goes live with real payments (this page is also required as part of Razorpay's merchant activation checklist).

Donations

Donations made to Ayushman Bhava Charitable Trust are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable, as funds are typically allocated to programs promptly. If you made a donation in error (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days at contact@ayushmanbhavacharitabletrust.org with your payment reference, and we will review your request.

Recurring (Monthly) Donations

You may cancel a recurring monthly donation at any time by contacting us at contact@ayushmanbhavacharitabletrust.org. Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled charge; already-processed charges are handled per the refund terms above.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
